HTT DAO Constitution
This constitution defines the purpose, scope, and foundational rules of HTT DAO — built to empower users, ensure reward transparency, and protect HTT's real-world use integrity.
Article 1 – Purpose
HTT DAO exists to govern key decisions related to the Hotel Travel Token ecosystem — including reward logic, platform rules, and utility expansion — through transparent, inclusive, and non-speculative processes.
Article 2 – Token Policy
- HTT is a utility and reward-based token, not designed for speculation or staking.
- Price indexing is based on internal service parity, not market demand.
- Token burns, mints, and reward distributions must be publicly logged.
Article 3 – Proposal Eligibility
- All verified contributors, travelers, or vendors may submit suggestions.
- Formal proposals may only be initiated by approved DAO members or Admin Council.
- Voting rights are currently equal-weighted and off-chain.
Article 4 – Scope of Governance
DAO decisions may include:
- Affiliate reward logic and distribution ratios
- Approved vendor participation models
- Fee structures and wallet integration updates
- Security or transparency policy upgrades
Note: DAO decisions may not interfere with contract-level functions unless an upgrade proposal is passed.
Article 5 – Anti-Speculation Principle
The HTT DAO explicitly prohibits manipulation, pump schemes, or speculative mechanisms within its governance or distribution models. All proposals that create volatility risks will be rejected.
